Heart beats: irregular arrhythmias like shattered ice and concrete... diced and broken like sunrises and needles. Don't think about it. Don't think about it. Don't think about him. He’s gone. It’s safe. Bars and steel, Locks and drills, keep him away. Don't worry. It’s fine. You’re not like him. You're not like them. Blood and rain, with a bucket of disdain, names and bait... they can’t escape. Don't bail—don't cry. He’s in jail, but so am I.
